wasabi – many London locations
In England we love our ‘fish Fridays’ and as there are no gluten-free fish and chips in the near vicinity I have traded in my battered plaice for raw salmon in the shape of some succulent sushi from wasabi.
Wasabi have a helpful allergens menu on their website and, as we know if we’re gluten-free, soy sauce seems to finagle its wheaty fingers into practically every dish in Chinese/Japanese cuisine. I love salmon nigiri, avocado hosomaki and veg tanmen, plus edamame beans of course, and I feel great afterwards as the food tastes so clean and fresh. Well done wasabi!
